General terms and conditions


1.) Definitions " AGB ": General terms and conditions" Customer ": All natural and legal persons who obtain services or products from TRIMACO are considered customers.

" Order " : The final confirmation of the Customer that he/she wishes to purchase the products on the Internet site against payment of the price under the conditions established by the Company on the Internet site or in the offer and in accordance with the GTC.

" Parties " : refers individually to the Company or the Customer.

" Service ": Refers to the service operated by the Company for the sale of Products through the Website, which enables Customers to purchase a Product from the Company against payment of the Price and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

" Website ": The website that enables the Clients to use the Service and is available at the following Internet addresses: trimaco.ch and shop.trimaco.ch.

" Freight Forwarder " : designates the freight forwarder(s) chosen by the Company to deliver the Products purchased by the Customer to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order.

Informationen on the website

Although TRIMACO endeavours to provide its customers with as complete and accurate information as possible, the photos, videos and texts illustrating and describing the products and the stock mentioned on the website are not contractual and are provided for information purposes only. They in no way constitute an offer by TRIMACO (which does not imply any guarantee of their accuracy) and cannot in any way be qualified as guarantees or warranted characteristics.

3.) Registration

The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided when registering on the website. The customer shall notify TRIMACO of any changes to the information by updating his customer profile immediately.

The customer chooses when registering or, in case of a reset, receives a password with which he can place orders or use other functions of the website. This password is strictly confidential. Under no circumstances may it be disclosed to third parties. The Customer is solely responsible for the use, storage and security level of the password, which he/she may change at any time via the Website. He shall be liable for any order placed using his password, even if it was placed without his knowledge. If the customer suspects that a third party has access to his password, he must inform us immediately.


4.) Price The prices of our products are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) and in euros (EUR), without participation in the handling and delivery costs, the amount of which will be invoiced additionally and communicated to you when the order is finally confirmed (see delivery conditions). Our prices do not include taxes; they are subject to change without notice, depending on possible increases or decreases. All our invoices are issued at the prices in force on the date of the order. By solely accepting the delivery, the customer undertakes to respect the prices indicated on the invoice. The prices indicated in the price lists or catalogues prior to the order are not binding. Our company reserves the right to set a minimum order quantity for small orders due to the administrative costs involved.

5.) Delivery time

The delivery times indicated are not binding and cannot under any circumstances lead to penalties or late payments, unless a special provision is agreed in advance and in writing. Our delivery times are expressed in working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday inclusive, except on public holidays and in the event of exceptional bridge or holiday closures. Delays cannot under any circumstances justify the cancellation of the order.
The delivery times indicated can only start from the day on which our company is in possession of all the information and documents necessary for the proper execution of the order and they are suspended without prejudice to the company's right to cancel the order in case of force majeure or events beyond our control, such as strikes, any liability, lockout, epidemics, seizure, fire, flood, tool accidents, transport, supply or hiring difficulties, migration of skilled workers, rejection of important parts, obstruction of the normal execution of our work in our factories, at our subcontractors or suppliers.


6.) Delivery

All goods dispatched from our factories, offices or warehouses travel at the risk and peril of the recipient, regardless of the delivery and payment terms.

Packages must be checked on arrival. In case of damage, loss, etc... it is the responsibility of the recipient to make all reservations to the carrier and, if necessary, to have recourse against the carrier.


7.) Payment conditions

Unless special agreements have been made beforehand, our invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations.

For our machine invoices, unless otherwise agreed :

  • 40 % down payment with the order
  • 50% before delivery Delivery
  • 10 % balance after acceptance (FAT) and training on site, at the latest 30 days after delivery.

In the event of non-payment of a deadline by the buyer, deliveries may be suspended without any right to compensation.
In the event of sale, transfer, pledge or contribution of goodwill or equipment to the Company by the Buyer, and in the event that any of the payments or acceptance of any of the bills of exchange is not made on the day, the amounts due shall become immediately due and payable, irrespective of the previously agreed conditions.

8.) Delivery

The preparation and delivery costs are the costs stated in the order confirmation.
Except in exceptional cases, the products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the address provided to TRIMACO. We cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of a product if an incorrect or inaccurate address is given. The risks in connection with the shipment of the goods shall pass to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over by TRIMACO to the carrier of its choice.

9.) Warranty

Our guarantee is limited to the replacement of parts recognized as defective, with the labour and shipping costs remaining the responsibility of the customer. Machine warranty: 1 year mechanical - electrical - electronic parts, excluding wearing parts, under normal use (8 hours per day). The standard warranty includes the replacement of these parts. The work is free of charge if the material is returned postage paid to our workshops in Zurich. In the event of intervention by our technical service on site, travel and labour costs will be invoiced. Invoicing is based on TRIMACO's current customer service tariff, which is indicated on the intervention form sent to you for prior confirmation.
