Track & Trace from scanware
Counterfeit protection and supply chain controlThe systems of the product family CAPA are designed for the packaging process in regard to Track & Trace requirements. Single and multiple units are marked or labeled and verified. The processing of serialised data is handled by scanware's line manager IMPERA.
Mark & Verify (CAPA MV)
At the station CAPA MV, units are marked with production-specific data and the print is verified. The processing and aggregation of serialised data is handled by scanware’s line manager IMPERA. CAPA MV is available with a fixed box feeding height or an adjustable height. It ranges between 800 and 1'050 mm. Other heights upon request. Units of up to 300 g are ejected via compressed air. For heavier units or fragile objects an ejection turnout is used which pushes units with faulty print on a conveyer.
Tamper Evidence (CAPA TE)
At CAPA TE folding boxes are sealed with tamper-proof labels. Depending on the configuration different features are available – from labeling and printing to various inspections. Either sensors inspect the presence of labels or cameras and SIGNUM HR inspect the label position. Thanks to its modular design the system can be equipped with a wide range of functions and be upgraded easily. CAPA TE is the ideal solution to retrofit existing Mark & Verify solutions. The station is suitable for scanware’s CAPA MV as well as for systems from other suppliers.
Case inspection (CAPA CI)
At CAPA CI prints of folding boxes, bundles and shipper cases are inspected. The data is cross-checked with database entries. The processing and aggregation of serialised data is handled by scanware’s linemanager IMPERA. CAPA CI is designed for the manual packaging process. At the station SIGNUM HR inspects a large number of prints and crosschecks the data with database entries. The station is available as installation in cartoners and checkweighers.
Mobile Base Station (CAPA MB)
CAPA MB consists of a base station and a mobile printing unit. The system can be easily integrated into existing packaging lines without the need for significant changes and thus enables enormous space savings. With the compact and flexible add-on solution CAPA MB, folding boxes are printed with production-specific data which is subsequently controlled. The processing and aggregation of serialised data is realized by the line manager IMPERA.
