With the semi-automatic labellers, the labelling process is triggered by an operator. The product is inserted manually into the labeller and the labelling process is triggered by moving the product carriage backwards. The product is then removed again manually.
The ALmatic can be equipped with different labellers, depending on the label width and application. The maximum label roll outer diameter is ø300 mm, thus ensuring a large working autonomy. In addition, the labeller can be equipped with an inkjet or SATO thermal printer for printing, for example, the expiry date, batch number, etc. The labels are identified by a fork. A forked light barrier is used to detect the end of each label automatically. Ultrasonic sensors are used for transparent labels.
