Side labelling is often used to mark food packaging, cosmetics and household products, glass and plastic bottles or cartons, etc. with variable data such as expiry date, batch number or ingredients. It does not matter whether the boxes are flat folding boxes, square cartons or oval formats, as are often used for bottles: For sales at the point of sale, the visual effect and thus the perfect, wrinkle-free fit of the labels is of great importance. The ALline labelling system was developed to apply one label each to the front or back of cylindrical, rectangular plastic, glass or metal bottles/containers. The basic system can also be equipped with two ALritma label dispensers on opposite sides. The ALline labeller can also be equipped with product separation, with specific product alignment and stabilisation units also available. As standard, the ALline labeller is equipped with an easy-to-operate control system. This not only allows the line speed to be set with a single potentiometer, but also guarantees high-quality labelling even during start and stop phases.
