All impulse film sealers work according to the impulse sealing principle. The welding wire only becomes hot when the welding bar is closed.
The impulse welding units are manufactured in 5 different welding bar lengths. This wide product range ensures maximum flexibility in selecting the right machine size for the right application. For small bag sizes, the C - 220 film sealing machine offers the best space-saving solution. If a wide variety of pouch sizes are used in packaging, the C - 820 offers the most flexible solution, as all pouch sizes can be sealed on one machine.
Choose the right machine size according to the largest pouch size used in the packaging process.
The sealable maximum material thickness (absolute material thickness) for all type C impulse film sealers is:
- PE Polyethylene 200 micron
- PP Polypropylene 200 micron
- Multi-layer - laminated film 100 micron (depending on the type of lamination!)
